forms are a standard and useful tool for employers
in assessing candidates. By ensuring that
all candidates complete an application form,
employers are able to compare candidates objectively
as everyone has been requested to provide
the same information, in the same format.
When completing an application form follow
these few steps:
- Make a note of any guidelines that
have been provided such as completing
the form in block capitals or black ink.
- Ensure you answer the questions being
asked
- Photocopy the original application
form to practise on
- Photocopy your completed application
form and take it with you to the interview
