Summary
A global healthcare company with worldwide business units sought to improve the standardization of its laptop computers across business units. The customer's parent company mandated that Microsoft ® Windows ® 2000 Professional be utilized as the standard operating system for laptops across business units.

Business Challenge
To avoid the cost of flying its technical team across the world to perform the migration, the company sought the assistance of a national service provider experienced with the Windows 2000 platform to facilitate several stages of the migration. The first phase of the project would entail the conversion of laptop computers within the U.S. from Windows ® 95 to Windows 2000 Professional.
